SAGE Governance Advisory (“SAGE”) is a boutique firm conceived with the objective of assisting and advising those keen to establish, improve corporate governance practices in their enterprises. SAGE also proposes to assist Governance Professionals in enhancing their roles for the benefit of the stakeholders and the society at large.

 

SAGE is an entity formed by Shri. S. V. Subramanian, Retired VP-Legal & Secretarial, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Shri. S. N. Ananthasubramanian, Practising Company Secretary and Past President-ICSI and Shri. S. N. Viswanathan, Partner, S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co., Company Secretaries.

 

SAGE aims to be an active partner in Corporate Sustainability and intends to become a credible platform for dissemination of ideas and formulation of thoughts on contemporary issues concerning governance in general and corporate governance in particular.

SAGE’s motto is “Principles to Practice” and we believe in unravelling dharmic principles which are embedded in our scriptures and contribute to good governance.
