Webinar on “Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 – CSR, an Act by itself”

With the recent amendments to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, provisions of CSR have become an Act by itself. Further, CSR function is no longer an additional activity and requires deployment of specialised skills. Company Secretaries are expected to guide the Management and the Board in complying with the provisions in both letter and in spirit. 

The Webinar will attempt to highlight and understand the changes which have been made, the issues arising therefrom and the plausible solutions thereto.
